Refund Policy.

Our product/service comes with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase with order details to initiate a refund. Please note that certain restrictions may apply. A certificate of posting will be obtained for all items at the posting location, as evidence the item has been sent.  Refunds may only be offered if the item arrives damaged or faulty.  You will be responsible for paying the return postage and will be reimbursed along with your refund.
